Mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że moje marzenie, już nie tak małej dziewczynki się spełniło 😉 Odkąd zostałam fotografem ślubnym marzyła mi się rumuńska Para Młoda, no i w końcu, udało się. Kiedy Monica zadzwoniła to prawdopodobnie poczułam się jak ona, w chwili kiedy Maciek jej się oświadczał 😉

To był dla mnie długo i najbardziej oczekiwany ślub. Chyba mnie zrozumiecie? 😉

PS stwierdzam, że jestem zazdrosna 😉

Monica:

Multiutalentowana, nie dość, ze piękna, kobieca to jeszcze mówi w wielu językach, doktoryzowała się z rynku gazowego w Europie to jeszcze jest z duszy Artystką

A Maciek? Hhm w tajemnicy Wam powiem Drogie Panie, że możemy Monice zazdrościć 😉 a dokładniej, to Im możemy zazdrościć. A więcej nie napiszę bo nie mam umiejętności chwalenia mężczyzn 😉 Razem tworzą wspaniały duet.

Właśnie zauważyłam, że dużo tu dziś o zazdrości no ale co ja poradzę kiedy uroda, talent i miłość spotkały się mimo dzielących ich kilometrów.

W skrócie mogę przyznać się, że połączyła nas Sharon Corr, to dzięki niej Monica zatrzymała się dłużej na mojej stronie by w pełni obejrzeć moje prace.

Nie pozostaje mi nic innego, jak tylko cieszyć się.

Gdyby komuś przyszło do głowy, że tak nie wypada pisać to odpowiadam słowami Alicji z Krainy Czarów „A co to znaczy, że coś wypada? Gdyby ludzie się umówili, że wypada nosić twaróg na głowie, nosilibyście? „

Monica i Maćku, dziękuję Wam! Za TEN dzień i za to, że to trwa… Gratuluje Wam pięknego ślubu i przede wszystkim WAS, siebie NAWZAJEM

A teraz na deser część talentu Monic’i czyli ich zaproszenie:

W baśniowej krainie, żył sobie chłopak

z niebieskimi oczami

Marnował całe dnie zajmując się grami,

I pomimo tego, iż twierdził, że twardo stąpa po ziemi,

To jego świat pełen był elfów wprost

z Władcy Pierścieni.

Pewnego dnia, dziewczyna z brązowymi oczami,

Pojawiła się w pokoju wraz z misiem

i dwiema latającymi miotłami.

Widząc go wyszeptała, „Jeśli zamknę oczy,

a on tu nadal będzie

Moje życie się zmieni – jestem przekonana święcie.”

Chłopak był zdumiony, słysząc wypowiedź tą,

I nie bojąc się niczego, pocałował ją.

Co się stało później jest wielką niewiadomą,

Wielu twierdzi, że żyją razem, pod magiczną osłoną,

A plotki mówią, że już w czerwcu w tym roku,

Będziecie sie bawić na ich weselu

od świtu do zmroku!

It is with great pleasure that I bring forth today Alice and the Mad Hatter, meaning Monica and Maciek photographed in Wonderland 🙂

First of all I must confess their wedding has been a long awaited event for me :). Since I have become a wedding photographer, I have dreamt of photographing a Romanian couple on their wedding day. Finally, my wish has come true (Maciek claims he has become half Romanian upon meeting Monica, so I guess that should do 🙂 )! When Monica called for the first time to ask me whether I was interested in photographing their wedding, I got as excited as she probably got when Maciek proposed ;). Their wedding has been the ONE I’ve been waiting for

You do understand me, right?

PS I admit, I am jealous 😉

Monica:

So talented, not only beautiful and feminine, but also speaks I don’t know how many languages, wrote recently a PhD on the European gas market and remains an artist at heart.

As for Maciek? Hhm, dear ladies, let me tell you a secret: we have good reasons to envy Monica 😉 and to be more precise we can be envious about Them. More I shall not tell you, for I lack words when it comes to compliment men :). One thing should however be still underlined: together they make a great couple.

I have just realized that I’ve talked a lot about jealousy in this post. But how could it be otherwise? How could I not feel jealous when thinking of the odds that brought together these two beautiful and talented people and made them fall in love despite the thousands of kilometers separating their hometowns?

I’d like to add that it was Sharon Corr’s interpretation of „Our wedding day” that made Monica linger longer on my website and discover my world of photography. Hence I am grateful to this musician for bringing us together.

I wrote about Monica and Maciek exactly the way I felt. If anyone should decide that my way of writing was not appropriate, well just in case I’d like to answer them in Alice’s own words: „What does it really mean to be appropriate? Does it mean that if a group of people gathered together and decided that henceforth it is appropriate to use cheese instead of hats upon your heads, would you go ahead and do as they say?”

Monica and Maciek, I thank YOU! I thank you for a lovely wedding day and for our friendship that still lasts … Congratulations for a beautiful wedding and for You being exactly as you are.

As a desert, I leave you to enjoy a piece of Monica’s writing: their wedding invitation.

In the kingdom of Neverending stories
there lived a blue eyed boy.

He had a computer game for companion
and a chess board for a toy.

And although he claimed he did not like to invent,

His world was filled with elves and hobbits
from the fairyland sent.

One day, a brown-eyed girl landed in his room,

Armed with a swing,
a teddy bear and a full-sized flying broom.

Seeing him she said to herself:

«I’ll close my eyes and if he’s here to stay

My life is sure to change from today on
in every possible way».

The boy was quite surprised,
but laughed when hearing this

And showing no fear, gave her a quick kiss.

What happened afterwards, it’s quite a mystery,

But there are voices claiming that they were meant to be.

And rumour has it that this June,
when summer is at play,

You’ll dance and eat and drink and party
on their wedding day!
